罗氏沼虾精子棘状部的结构、生化组成和功能

STRUCTLJRE,BIOCHEMICAL,COMPSITION AND FUNCTION OF SPERM SPIKE IN MACROBRACHIUM ROSENBERGII (CRUSTACEA, DECAPODA)

  • 摘要: 作者探讨了罗氏沼虾精子棘状部的组成、生化成分和受精时所起的作用。棘状部主要由具周期性横纹的纤丝组成,在近尖端横切面的中央有絮状颗粒存在。棘状部Feulgen反应呈阴性,不含核物质,而HgBpB反应呈强阳性,蛋白质含量很高。另还有少量粘多糖类,部分部位还含有酸性磷酸酶。从精子人卵过程发现,精子棘状部不是鞭毛结构,不能活动。精子是以棘状部破膜才得以进人卵中参与受精的,因此棘状部似乎具有顶体的功能。

     

    Abstract: There are many contradictory reports about the sperm spike of shrimps.The structure, biochemical composition and function of sperm spike in freshwaterprawn Macrobrachium rosenbergii were studied in this paper by using cytochemical techniques and electron microscopy.The sperm spike of the shrimp has a crossstriated appearance.The flocculent materials in the middle of the cross section nearthe tip of the spike may represent the phosphatase.The spike is composed primarilyof protein as indicated by positive mercury bromphenol blue staining.The negative feulgen reaction means no DNA present here, which is significantly different fromthat of reptantian.Part of the spike contains acid phosphatase.Unlike the flagellate inthe typical sperm, this spike is non-motile,The incorporation of the sperm into egg isthrough the spike penetrating into firstly and the base following in finally, whichsuggests that the spike could play a role of acrosome.
