维生素B6对草鱼脂肪代谢的影响

THE EFFECT OF VITAMINE B6 ON THE LIPID METABOLISM OF GRASS CARP (CTENOPHARYNGODON IDELLA)

  • 摘要: 应用配合饲料添加维生素B6对草鱼进行了慢性饲养试验,研究维生素B6对草鱼脂肪代谢的影响。应用Beckman 42型生化分析仪测定鱼类血液中生化成份含量的变化,以及用放射性35S-蛋氨酸(35S-Met.)同位素进行示踪试验表明,维生素B6能够显著降低血清中甘油三酯、白蛋白和葡萄糖水平,增高了高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量和淀粉酶活力,促进了鱼类机体组织对蛋氨酸的利用。所有的试验结果表明,在配合饲料中添加一定剂量的维生素B6能够改善草鱼脂肪代谢,避免鱼类脂肥倾向和脂肪肝的发生

     

    Abstract: The effect of vitamine B6 on the lipid metabolism of the grass carp was studied in a growth experiment. Changes in the contents of biochmical components in the blood serum of the grass carp were measured using a clinical analyser(Beckman, mode 42). Distributions of 35S-methionine in various tissues of the grass carp were traced. The results showed that supplementation of vitamine B6 in the diets decreased the levels of triglycerides, aIbumin and glucose, and increased the levels of cholesterol in the high density lipoprotein and α-amylase activity in the serum. Vitamin B6 supplementation enchaned the utilization of methionine. It was concluded that the formulated diets supplemned with vitamin B6 improved lipid metabolism and prevent the occurrence of lipomatosis and fatty liver in the grass carp.
