维生素C和E合用对中华鳖幼鳖非特异性免疫功能的影响

EFFECTS OF THE COMBINATION OF VITAMIN C AND E ON NON-SPECIFIC IMMUNE FUNCTION IN JUVENILE SOFT-SHELLED TURTLES TRIONYX SINENSIS

  • 摘要: 本研究旨在探讨维生素C和E合用对中华鳖幼鳖非特异性免疫功能的影响.实验设组,组饵料中维生素C和E的添加量依次为0和0mg/kg(对照组);20和0mg/kg(实验Ⅰ组);200和20mg/kg(实验Ⅱ组);20和20mg/kg(实验Ⅲ组);200和20mg/kg(实验Ⅳ组).喂食4周,取其血液,测定中华鳖血细胞的吞噬率、血清溶菌活力、杀菌活力、补体C3和C4.结果表明,实验Ⅱ-Ⅳ组,血细胞吞噬率和血清杀菌活力明显高于对照组,实验Ⅳ组明显高于其他4组,并且维生素C和E之间有明显的协同作用.血清溶菌活力和补体C3的含量,在实验Ⅰ-Ⅳ组明显高于对照组,实验Ⅳ组明显高于其他4组.补体C4在实验Ⅰ-Ⅳ组明显高于对照组,但实验Ⅰ-Ⅳ组间没有明显差别,维生素C和E间也没有协同作用.

     

    Abstract: The study was conducted to investigate the effect of the combination of vitamin C and E on non-specific immune function in juvenile soft-shelled turtle. The turtles were fed combination of vitamin C and E at the dosages of 0 and 0mg/kg diets (control group), 250 and 50mg/kg diets(experiment Ⅰ group),2500 and 50mg/kg diets(experiment Ⅱ group), 250 and 250mg/kg diets(experiment Ⅲ group),2500 and 250mg/kg diets(experiment Ⅳ group) diets,respectively. The blood in turtles were collected after 4 weeks,and the phagocytic rate of blood cell, serum bacteriolytic activity, bactericidal activity, levels of complement C3 and C4 were analyzed. The results showed that the phagocytic rate of blood cell and serum bacteriolytic activity in the three of experiment Ⅱ-Ⅳ were significantly higher than that of control,and experiment Ⅳgroup significantly was higher than the other 4 groups. Serum bactericidal activity and level of complement C3 in the four groups of experiment Ⅰ-Ⅳ were significantly higher than control group, and experiment Ⅳ group significantly was higher than the other 4 groups. Positive interaction effects of the two vitamins on the phagocytic rate of blood, serum bacteriolytic activity, bactericidal activity and the level of complement C3 were observed. The level of complement C4 in the four groups of experiment Ⅰ-Ⅳ was significantly higher than that of control,while there was no significant difference among the four groups of experiment Ⅰ-Ⅳ. No interaction effects of the two vitamins on complement C4 was observed.
