综合生物塘中的藻类研究Ⅱ

STUDY ON ALGAEIN A SYNTHETIC BIOLOGICAL POND(II)

  • 摘要: 治理城镇污水的综合生物塘中试运转三年中,共发现藻类102种.绿藻种类最多(占55%).全塘年均藻类细胞密度为18.4×107个/l,现存生物量为32.7mg/l(鲜重),两者峰值均出现在四、五月.每年多数时间内以绿藻(主要是小球藻)为数量优势种类,生物量常以隐藻占优势.利用水生维管植物对出水进行生态修饰,能明显抑制藻类生长和改善出水水质.发现藻类在藻菌塘中的明显分层现象.

     

    Abstract: A total of 102 species of algae were found in the synthetic biological pond system(SBPS)during the three-year operation. The annual mean values of cell densitv andstanding biomass were 1.84?08 ind,/l and 32.7 mg/l, respectively. Maximal densityand biomass in the systemwere observed in April-June, The algae of Chlorophyta,es-pecially Chlorella,were dominant in population density, but Cryptomonas contributedwith the highest biomass during most ofthe year. An attempt to reduce the phytoplankton number in effiuents using ecological modi-fication with aquatic vascular plants was made successfully.As a water hyacinth area wasset up at the front of the outlet, the algal eell density in effiuents was reduced by 20-65%. It shows that the macrophyte inhibited the growth ofalgae.The phenomenon of stratification of flagellates was notable when Euglena was dominant.
