云南程海螺旋藻养殖池中污染菌的研究

THE STUDY OF BACTERIA AND FUNGI IN CULTURE PONDS OF SPIRULINA IN CHENGHAI FACTORY

  • 摘要: 对程海螺旋藻玻璃温室-半封闭跑道式循环培养池中的细菌、真菌进行研究,结果发现,细菌总数通常为104-107个/mL,并且随培养时间呈一定规律性波动;养殖藻的报废与细菌总数有一定关系,与藻种抗逆性关系更大;经鉴定,优势菌为奈瑟氏球菌属(Neisseria)、葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus)、微球菌属(Micrococcus)、肠杆菌科(Enterobacteriaceae)、拟青霉属(Paecilomyces)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)、束丝菌属(Ozonium)等;少数菌株能明显抑制或促进螺旋藻生长,主要是通过其代谢物对藻体产生影响.

     

    Abstract: In this paper, we study bacteria and fungi in the spirulina culture ponds in Chenghai factory. The results showed that the enumeration of total bacteria is 104—107/mL, the enumeration curve showed certain regularity with the culture time. The death of spirulina had major relation to the resistance of spirulina species and certain relation to the total bacteria enumeration. The dominant bacteria and fungi were Neisseria, Staphylococcus, Micrococcus, Enterobacteriaceae, Paecilomyces, Aspergillus and Ozonium. A few strains obviously inhibited or promoted the growth of spirulina chiefly through their metabolite.
