饲料碳水化合物水平对南方鲇生长的影响

EFFECT OF DIETARY CARBOHYDRATE LEVELS ON GROWTH PERFORMANCE IN SILURU S MERIDIONALIS CHEN

  • 摘要: 2002年6—8月对南方鲇(SilurusmeridionalisChen)(初始体重12.93±0.13g)进行人工配合饲料的喂养实验。实验以白鱼粉、玉米油、糊化玉米淀粉分别作为蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物(CBH)原料。配制等蛋白质(含量为40%),等脂肪(含量为10%),不同CBH梯度的6组饲料,饲料CBH水平分别设计为0%,6%,12%,18%,24%,30%。实验每水平设4个重复,采用室内循环水养殖系统,在27.5℃下以饱足日粮水平喂养8周。实验结果表明:随着饲料淀粉水平的增加,摄食率和生长率呈先增加后降低的趋势;当饲料CBH水平不超过18%时,不会对饲料成分的消化率产生显著影响,但添加量超过18%会降低CBH的消化率。综合实验结果分析:南方鲇生长的最适CBH为12%—18%。

     

    Abstract: From June to August,thegrowth experiment was conducted in a recirculating rearing system on juvenileof the southerncatfish, Silurus meridionalis Chen with initial weight 12.93 ± 0.13g. Thewhite fishmeal, corn oil and gelatinized cornstarch wereused as protein, lipid and carbohydrate respectively. Fish were fed with six iso-nitrogenous (40% crude protein) and iso-lipidic(10%crude lipid) experimental diets contain 0 (control diet), 6, 12, 18, 24 and 30%of carbohydrate level. At each of the diets,4 groups of southern catfish (12 in each group) were fed at ad libitum ration level for8 weeks at 2715e. The digestibility of car-bohydrate was not significantly affected when dietary carbohydrate level did not exceed 18%, but decreased when dietary carbohy-drate level exceeded 18%. The feeding rate and specific growth rate (SGR) increased with dietary carbohydrate level at a level ofdietary carbohydrate not more than 18%, and decreased at a higher level. The feeding rate of 6% and 12% carbohydrate levelwere significantly higher than those of other levels, and the feeding rate of 30% carbohydrate level was significantly lower thanthose of other levels. The specificgrowth rate (SGR) of 6%and 12%carbohydrate level were significantly higher than those of 0,24 and 30%carbohydrate levels, and specificgrowth rate (SGR) of 30%carbohydrate level was significantly lower than thoseof 6,12,18 and 24% carbohydrate level. The results suggested the optimal dietary carbohydrate level for growth in this fish was12% ) 18%.
