黄鳝排粪活动的初步研究

PILOT STUDY ON THE FECES EXCRETION OF RICEFIELD EELS-MONOPTERUS ALBUS

  • 摘要: 室内研究了不同摄食方式下的黄鳝排粪活动以及摄食对黄鳝排粪量的影响。饥饿5d的黄鳝饱食2h,以后不再喂食,其排粪活动分5批完成,排粪时间为38—134h;饥饿5d的黄鳝按照0.5%体重投饵,则其排粪次数减少到2批,排粪时间为64—106h;1d饱食一次的黄鳝排粪活动分3批完成,排粪时间为28—92h;2d饱食一次的黄鳝排粪活动分4批完成,排粪时间为32—90h。换水和摄食极显著地刺激黄鳝排粪活动(p0.01)。每天的摄食量(X)和摄食后15h内的排粪量(Y)存在极显著的直线回归关系:Y=0.1502X+0.0017(p0.01)。这些研究结果将为人工养殖黄鳝的摄食管理和水质调控提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Abstract:The feces excretion under different patterns of food intake and effect of food consumption on fecal wastes of ricefield eels were studied indoor by feed-tagging methods.Feces excretion was completed by 5 batches for 38—134h when ricefield eels fasted for 5 days were not fed after satiation during 2 hours, and fecal wastes of every batches except the third batch were even, which covered 20.71 %—25.67% of total fecal wastes;feces excretion decreased to 2 batches for 64 —106h when ricefield eels fasted for 5 days were fed at a ration level of 0.5 %wet fish mass ;feces excretion was completed by 3 batches for 29 —92h when eels were fed once daily ;feces excretion was completed by 4 batches for 32 —90h when eels were fed once on alternate days.The proportion of fecal wastes during an hour to fecalwastes during 24 hours after water exchanging was (57.42 ±34.33)%, and fecal wastes during 15 hours after feeding were significantly higher than those from 15 to 39 hours after feeding.Water exchanging and food consumption could stimulate feces excretion significantly.There was greatly significant linear regression relation (Y =0.1502X +0.00.7)between food consumption(X)every day and fecal wastes(Y)during 15 hours after food consumption.These research results would provide theoretic basis for management of food consumption and control of water quality in the culture of ricefield eels.
