Abstract: Immunohistochemistry assay has been used for detecting RGV in heart,lung,kidney,intestine,spleen,liver from the artificially infected juvenile frogs.The results showed RGV was detected in these tissues of juvenile frogs at 3d,9d,11d after infection.No positive signs were observed in these tissues from negative control.Strong positive signs were detected in lung and intestine tissue specimens,distributing in local.However the positive signs distributed diffusely in the other four tissues.
