  • 摘要: 据Vinogradov氏(1953)的统计,现存约2万种鱼中已做过一些化学成分分析的只有350-400种,其中海鱼占90%以上。

     

    Abstract: The general feature of the changes in chemical composition during the reproductive cycle of the ovaries of pond-reared H. molitrix was similar to those already studied of the marine fishes, such as salmon, cod, herring and mackerel.
