凤眼莲、水花生若干光合作用参数与酶类的研究

STUDIES ON SOME PHOTOSYNTHETIC PARAMETERS AND CHILLNG RESISTANT ENZYMES IN EICH-HORNIA CRASSIPES AND ALTERNANTHE-RA PhILOXEROIDES

  • 摘要: 在正常的生长条件下,凤眼莲有较高的叶面系数、叶绿素含量和光合强度.叶片可溶性糖含量也高.在低温胁迫下,凤眼莲和水花生根系活力和过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、细胞色素氧化酶、淀粉酶等酶活性均明显下降.试验结果表明,凤眼莲对低温胁迫较水花生更为敏感.

     

    Abstract: The leaf area index, chlorophyll content,photosynthetic intensity and solublesugar content in leaves of Eichhornia,crassipes were higher than those in Alternan-thera philoxeroides at normal temperature(25℃-30℃).When the plants wereexposed to chilling temperature(2℃)for 12-48 hours,a decline was observed inthe activity of peroxidase,catalase,amylase and cytochrome oxidase in both E. crassipet and A. philo xeroides.Changes of enzyme activities were greater in the former plant than those in the latter.There were negative correlations between theenzyme activities,or the root vigor and the duration of low temperature. The experimental results suggested that E. crassipes was less resistant to chilling than A. philoxerotdes.
