武汉东湖针簇多肢轮虫的种群变动和生产量

POPULATION DYNAMICS AND PRODUCTION OF POLYARTHRA TRIGLA IN DONGHU LAKE, WUHAN

  • 摘要: 针簇多肢轮虫(Polyarthra trigla)是武汉东湖的优势轮虫,1983,5—1984,4在Ⅰ,Ⅱ站分别测定了这种轮虫卵和种群密度.Ⅰ站卵的密度在0—245个/升之间,平均为27个/升,种群密度为0—6600个/升,平均为362个/升;Ⅱ站卵的密度为0—321个/升,平均为22个/升,种群密度为0—2770个/升,平均为159个/升.在5—30℃的培养温度下,卵的发育时间随温度升高而缩短,它们间的关系可用下列回归方程表示: lnD=0.4627+1.2929lnT-0.4995(lnT)2 用直接称重法测定该种轮虫平均干重为0.07微克.计算了针簇多肢轮虫的瞬时出生率,增长率和死亡率.用二种不同的方法测定了这种轮虫的生产量.Ⅰ站的平均日生产量,用世代时间法测得10.19微克/升,用卵比率法测得5.98微克;Ⅱ站分别为3.59和3.01微克/升.

     

    Abstract: Polyarthra trigla is a predominant rotifer in Donghu lake, Wuhan. Its population density and eggs were estimated during the period from May 1983 to April 1984 at two sampling station, station Ⅰ and station Ⅱ, which are representatives of the bay region and the pelagic zone, respectively.By average, egg density of Polyarthra trigla was 27 egg/l(0-245 egg/l)at station Ⅰ,and 22 egg/l(0-321 egg/l)at station Ⅱ, and population density was 362 ind./l(0-6600 ind./l)and 159 ind./l(0-2770 ind/l)respectively.Egg development time decreases with increasing temperature(5 to 30℃), The relationship between temperature(T)and development time(D)was found to be curvilinear and may be described as the following equation:lnD=0.4627+1.29291nT-04995(1nT)2Average dry weight of individual rotifer is 0.07μg.The instantaneous birth rate(b), increase rate(r)and the death rate(d)were calculated according to the formula given by Paloheim(1974)and Edmondson(1965).Production rate of the present species was estimated with two different methods. Average daily production rate for P. trigla during the investigating period was 10.19μg/l using Galkovskaya's generation time method and 5.98μg/l using Edmondson's egg ratio method at station Ⅰ, and 3.96μg/l and 3.01μg/l at station Ⅱ, respectively.
