    十年禁渔后赤水河宽口光唇鱼生长和繁殖特征及其变化

    GROWTH AND REPRODUCTIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF ACROSSOCHEILUS MONTICOLA IN THE CHISHUI RIVER AND THEIR CHANGES AFTER THE TEN-YEAR FISHING BAN

    • 摘要: 本研究于2023年3月至2025年6月在赤水河开展长江上游特有鱼类宽口光唇鱼(Acrossocheilus monticola)生长和繁殖特征调查, 通过与禁渔前的研究结果(2014—2017年)对比分析, 了解禁渔后该鱼类的个体生物学特征及其变化。结果显示, 采集到宽口光唇鱼样本426尾, 鉴定年龄419尾, 雌雄性比为1﹕0.52。雌鱼和雄鱼的体长与体重关系式分别为W=2.219×10–5L 3.001W=2.008×10–5L 3.019, 呈匀速生长。年龄为1—6龄, 雌鱼最大年龄为6龄, 雄鱼最大年龄为4龄。雌鱼的渐近体长和体重分别为282.6 mm和503.9 g, k为0.129, 理论起点年龄(t0)为–2.476; 雄鱼的渐近体长和体重分别为255.0 mm和369.9 g, k为0.160, 理论起点年龄(t0)为–1.946。推测宽口光唇鱼可能为分批产卵类型鱼类, 绝对繁殖力平均值为3092±1223粒, 体长和体重相对繁殖力平均值分别为21.2±8.4粒/mm和46.8±18.9粒/g。与禁渔前对比, 禁渔后优势组体长范围从100—120 mm增加到120—160 mm, 优势组体重范围从0—40 增加到20—80 g; 最大观测年龄从4龄增加到6龄; 绝对繁殖力增加71.9%。结果表明禁渔后赤水河宽口光唇鱼的生长和繁殖等个体生物学特征及种群结构呈现改善迹象。为了进一步推进赤水河鱼类资源保护, 建议赤水河十年禁渔周期届满后仍延续全面禁渔措施, 加强栖息地保护和修复, 开展鱼类个体生物学、种群动态和栖息地环境的长期监测。

       

      Abstract: In 2017, the Chishui River basin became the first to enforce the complete fishing ban, serving as a pilot demonstration area for the subsequent ten-year fishing ban on the Yangtze River. Research on fish growth and reproductive traits after the fishing ban provides a scientific basis for evaluating the fishing ban efficacy and guiding population conservation. This study examined the growth and reproductive characteristics of Acrossocheilus monticola, an endemic species of the upper Yangtze River, in the Chishui River from March 2023 to June 2025. We compared our results with those of the pre-fishing ban (2014—2017) to examine how the fishing ban affected fish growthand reproductive traits. A total of 426 A. monticola specimens were collected, with 419 aged. The female-to-male ratio was 1:0.52. The length-weight relationships for female and male fish were W=2.219×10–5L3.001 and W=2.008×10–5L3.019, respectively, indicating isometric growth. Specimens ranged in age from 1 to 6 years. Maximum longevity was 6 years for females and 4 years for males. The asymptotic length and weight for females were 282.6 mm and 503.9 g, with k=0.129 and theoretical age at zero length (t0)= –2.476. For males, the asymptotic length and weight were 255.0 mm and 369.9 g, with k= 0.160 and theoretical age at zero length (t0)= –1.946. A. monticola appears to be a batch spawner, with a mean absolute fecundity of 3, 092±1, 223 eggs. Mean relative fecundity was 21.2±8.4 eggs/mm and 46.8±18.9 eggs/g relative to body length and body weight, respectively. Relative to the pre-fish ban period, the dominant length class shifted from 100—120 mm to 120—160 mm, and the dominant weight class from 0—40 g to 20—80 g. Maximum observed age increased from 4 to 6 years, while absolute fecundity rose by 71.9%. These findings indicate that the fishing ban has contributed to improvements in the growth and reproduction and population structure of A. monticola in the Chishui River. To promote fish resource conservation in the Chishui River, We suggested continuing the complete fishing ban after the 10-year moratorium expires. Concurrently, habitat protection and restoration should be strengthened, and long-term monitoring should be conducted on fish biology, population dynamics, and habitat conditions.
