COMMENT ON THE UTILIZATION OF DIETARY CARBOHYDRATES IN FISH

  • 摘要: 一般认为鱼类对糖的利用能力低下>[1], 鱼类被视为具有先天性的/ 糖尿病体质0[2] 。糖(没有特别说明时本文指可消化糖) 是最廉价的饲料能源, 因此, 鱼类营养研究领域的一个重要话题便是如何提高对饲料糖的利用。
