CLONING AND SEQUENCE ANALYSIS OF P450 1A1 IN MUGILOGOBIUS ABEI

  • 摘要: 细胞色素 P450(CytochromeP450,简称 CYP)是生物体内广泛存在的一类重要的代谢酶,它参与包括内源性物质和多种外源性物质(包括药物)在内的各类物质的代谢和转化。其中以 P450酶系作为毒物毒性的生物学标志物(Biomarker)已广泛应用于毒理学研究中。
