异源四倍体鲫鲤的性腺发育研究

STUDIES ON THE GONADAL DEVELOPMENT IN ALLOTERAPLOID HYBRIDS OF CARASSIUS AURATUS RED VAR.(♀)×CYPRINUS CARPIO L.(♂)

  • 摘要: 采用组织切片技术对异源四倍体鲫鲤的性腺进行了研究.结果表明:异源四倍体鲫鲤的性腺发育程序和普通鲤鲫鱼相似,可以分为6个时期.雌雄个体都能达到性成熟,其中雌性个体性成熟年龄为一周年;雄性个体比雌性个体成熟早,150日龄即可达到性成熟.成熟卵巢的成熟系数为9.25%-15.60%,成熟精巢的成熟系数为1.65%-5.19%.成熟期卵径为160.4-180.5μm之间,成熟精子头径为2.3-2.4μm.繁殖期为每年3-5月份.该研究证明异源四倍体鲫鲤的性腺发育是正常的,雌雄个体都能达到性成熟.
    Abstract: The gonadal development of the alltetraploid hybrids of Carassius auratus red var(♀)× Cyprinus carpio L.(♂)was studied through tissue section The gonadal development was similar to that of Cyprinus carpio and Carassius auratus and could be divided into six stages Both the male and the female fishes could attain sexual maturity The male fishes attained earlier sexual maturity than the female fishes The male fishes attained sexual maturity when they were 150 days old,but the female fishes needed a year The mature coefficient of testis was 1.65%-5.19% and the mature coefficient of ovaries was 9.25%-15.60% The diameter of mature oocyte was 1670-1780μm The diameter of the head of mature sperm was 2.3-2.4μm The breeding season of the fishes was from March to May The study proved that the gonadal development of the allotetraploid hybrids was normal and both the female fish and the male fish could be fertile.
