ADVANCES ON THE COMPLEMENT COMPONENTS, CHARACTERISTIC AND FUNCTION OF COMPLEMENT SYSTEM IN FISH

  • 摘要: 补体系统由30多种可溶性蛋白和膜蛋白组成,在先天性免疫和适应性免疫中均起着重要作用。补体存在三条激活途径即经典途径、凝集素途径和替代途径,并共用一条终末(或溶解)途径(图1).
