乌龟白血细胞发育过程的观察

OBSERVATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF BLOOD CELLS OF REEVES' TURTLE(CHINEMYS REEVESII)

  • 摘要: 通过对乌龟骨髓、脾脏、肝脏等几种组织涂片的观察研究,发现骨髓与脾脏是乌龟的主要造血器官;白血细胞的发育过程大致经过三个阶段,即原始阶段、幼稚阶段、成熟阶段.着重描述了各个阶段细胞的形态特征,并对乌龟白血细胞的发育及命名等问题作了初步探讨.
    Abstract: In this paper, the development of the white blood cell in Chinemys reevesii was studied through the observation on the stained smears of the bone marrow, the spleen and liver etc. The results show that the bone marrow and spleen are the principal organs producing white blood cells in Chinemys reevesii, and that the development of the white blood cell consists of three stages, the primitive stage, the immature stage and mature stage. Morphological characters of the white blood cells at different stages were described. A preliminary discussion was made on the nomenclature and developmental patterns of white blood cells in Chinemys reevesii.
