EFFECT OF FRUCTOOL IGOSACCHARIDES ON NON2SPEC IF IC IMMUNE FUNCTION IN CARASS IUS AURATUS

  • 摘要: 为研究果寡糖(Fructooligosaccharides)对银鲫(Carassius auratus)非特异性免疫功能的影响,以50g左右的银鲫为实验对象,在其基础饲料中分别添加浓度为0.5g/kg(A1组)、1g/kg(A2组)、2g/kg(A3组)、4g/kg(A4组)的果寡糖,另设基础饲料为对照组(A0组),分别于7d、14d、21d、28d、42d、56d检测银鲫血液中白细胞吞噬活性、血清溶菌酶活力、血清SOD酶活性和补体C3的含量。结果表明,A2组的白细胞吞噬活性、血清溶菌酶活力、血清SOD酶活性和补体C3的含量显著高于A0组(p0.05),分别于第28、第21、第14、第14天达到最大值;A3组的白细胞吞噬活性、血清溶菌酶活力、血清SOD酶活性和补体C3的含量显著高于A0组(p0.05),分别于第14、第14、第7、第14天达到最大值。A3组的补体C3的含量显著高于A2组(p0.05),白细胞吞噬活性、血清溶菌酶活力、血清SOD酶活性与A2组相比差异不显著,但其活性高于A2组。A1组、A4组与A0组之间的白细胞吞噬活性、血清溶菌酶活力、血清SOD酶活性和补体C3的含量在各时间点均无显著差异。
    Abstract: To study effect of fruc too ligosac charides on the ability of Non-specific immune function in Carassius auratus (initial body weight 50g), four experimental diets A1, A2, A3 and A4were formulated to contain 0.5g/kg, 1g/kg, 2g/kg and 4g/kg fruc too ligosac charides respectively, and the control (A0) contained no fruc too ligosac charides. The influence of fruc too ligosac charides was determined by examining their phagocytic activity of leukocytes, lysozyme activity, blood serum superoxide dismutase activity and the content of serum comp lement C3 in 7d, 14d, 21d, 28d, 42d and 56d, respectively. Theresults showed that the phagocytic activity of leukocytes, lysozyme activity, blood serum superoxide dismutase activity and the content of serum complement C3 in group A2 were significantly higher than the control group (p<0.05), which reached to the top level on the 28d, 21d, 14d, 14d, respectively. The phagocytic activity of leukocytes, lysozyme activity,blood serum superoxide dismutase activity and the content of serum comp lement C3 in group A were significantly higherthan the control group (p<0.05),which reached to the top level on the 14d, 14d, 7d, 14d, respectively. The content of srum comp lement C3 in group A3 was significantly higher than group A2 (p<0.05), there were no significant difference between group A3 and group A2 on the phagocytic activity of leukocytes, lysozyme activity, blood serum superoxide dismutase activity, but group A3 was higher than group A2. There were no significant difference between group A1, A4 and A0 on the phagocytic activity of leukocytes, lysozyme activity, blood serum superoxide dismutase activity, the content of serum comp lement C3 at other samp ling time.
