CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF LIPOPOLYSACCHARIDES(LPS)FROM VIBRIO ALGINOLYTICUS AND TOXICITY OF LPS ON EPINEPHELUS AKAARA

  • 摘要: 脂多糖(LPS)是大多数G-菌细胞壁的主要成分之一,主要由多糖、类脂和蛋白质组成,多糖具有抗原性。LPS属于TI抗原,可直接激活机体的B细胞,导致体液免疫应答,因而LPS是一种较好的免疫保护剂,能促进鱼体产生特异性的抗体,提高鱼体的免疫力。同时,LPS具有一定的毒性,是构成G-菌内毒素的主要物质。对LPS的分离纯化和化学成分分析,有助于对其结构的了解和利用LPS免疫保护性来预防鱼病的发生。
