饼形碘泡虫在草鱼苗体内发育各阶段的显微及超微结构

THE MICROSTRUCTURE AND ULTRASTRUCTURE AT DIFFERENT DEVELOPMENTAL STAGES OF MYXOBOLUS ARTUS IN GRASS CARP FRY

  • 摘要: 饼形碘泡虫是一种引起草鱼苗肠道疾病的病原体,主要寄生在草鱼苗前肠的绒毛固有膜内。通过光学显微镜、电子显微镜观察,在不同日龄的病鱼组织中可见到单核营养体,核分裂,多核营养体及孢质分割的单产孢体或双产孢体,极囊形成,孢壳组合及孢囊产生等过程。在27—30℃的水温中,该寄生虫在鱼体内发育成熟需要12—15天。透射电镜观察到成熟孢子有丰富的粗面内质网,糖原体,近极囊处各有一个略呈三角形的核,两个黑色的圆形体。极囊内极丝为4—5圈。通过扫描电镜观察到孢子的缝脊较凸出,每瓣孢壳各有一极丝孔。从裂开的孢子里还见到细胞质。

     

    Abstract: Myxobolus artus Achmerov, 1960, is a pathogen which causes an instestinal disease in the fry of grass carp (Ctenopharyngoden idellus). It mainly inhabits the lomins proprina of fore-gut of the fish. The whole developmental processes of this parasite including mononuclear trophozoite, nuclear division, multinuclear trophozoite, monosporont or disporont of plasm division, polar capsule shaping, valvular wall forming and cyst appearance were observed in host's tissue under electron microscope at the temperature of 27—30℃. In fish tissue, it took about 12—15 days to attain maturity. Observation with transmission electron microscope showed that mature spores have rich rough endoplasmic reticulum, glycogen and have an irregular triangleshaped nucleus and two black unidentified cycloid-bodies near each polar capsule. The polar filament of polar capsule has 4—5 coils, Scanning microscopy shows that the sutural ridge of spores is rather protuberant and each valve has an opening for polar filament.
