人工诱导荷包红鲤雌核发育子代与亲本的染色体组型及几种酶的组织化学比较
COMPARISON BETWEEN ARTIFICIALLY INDUCED CYPRINUS CARPIO GYNOGENETIC OFFSPRING AND THEIR PARENTS WITH REFERENCE TO KARYOTYPE AND ENZYMIC HISTOCHEMISTRY

摘要: 作者使用元江鲤失活的精子,诱导荷包红鲤卵子进行雌核发育所获得的子代,同亲本作了染色体组型和几种酶的组织化学比较。雌核发育子代的染色体组型与母本荷包红鲤完全相同,与父本元江鲤有不同。元江鲤的体色黑灰色,是由于肌肉中有酪氨酸酶存在,能将酪氨酸氧化成黑色素的缘故;荷包红鲤肌肉中无此酶,不能形成黑色素,所以体色呈桔红色;雌核发育子代肌肉中,也无酪氨酸酶,其体色同母本一样为桔红色;乳酸脱氢酶、非特异性酯酶的分布和含量也都与母本一致,与父本有差异。Abstract: Artificially induced gynogenetic reproduction is able to obtain pure line With in a short period, and is advantageous to the utilization of hybrid vigour and to the rese arch on biochemistry and genetice.Gynoecy offspring of Cyprinus Carpio rubrofuscus red variety has been obtained by induced gynogenesis using inactive sperm of C. carpio yuankiang Wu et al. We com pared the gynoecy offspring to their parents in The respects of karyotype and several enzyme. The comparison shows that the karyotype of gynogenetic offspring is identi cae with maternal C. carpio rubrofuscus red variety, but there are some differences with paternal C. carpio yuankiang. The comparison of enzymology histochemistry shows the following: C. carpio yuankiang is dark grey in colour on account of the existing of tyro sinase in the muscle. The tyrosiruase can oxygenate tyrosine and produce melanin. On the other hand, there is no tyrosinase in muscle of C. carpio rubrofuscus red variety, and no melanin is produced, so that the C. carpio rubrofuscus red variety is tangerine in colour. The body colour of gynogenetic offspring is the same as their maternal fish. The distribution and content of lactic dehyrogenase isozymes (LDH) and nonspecific fatty enzyme in gynogenetic offspring is the same as maternal as well.
