鰕虎鱼寄生车轮虫两新种的记述

DESCRIPTIONS OF TWO NEW SPECIES OF TRICHODINIDS FROM FRESHWATER FISHES,CTENOGOBIUS GIURNUS RETTER

  • 摘要: 记述了寄生在鰕虎鱼体表、鳃和口腔的两种新车轮虫:一种为东湖车轮虫,新种(Trichodina donghuensissp.nov.),虫体直径492-60μm,附着盘直径440(372-515)μm,齿环直径221(192-264)μm,齿体数目22-28个,以23-24个居多,辐线8根,口带绕体围410°,大核马蹄形,其外径204μm,核臂宽48-54μm,小核短杆状,长24μm,宽14μm.另一种为车轮虫,新种(Trichodinactenogobiisp.nov.),虫体直径624-818μm,附着盘直径639(564-720)μm,齿环直径333(318-384)μm,齿体数目23-27个,辐线数10-14根,以11根者居多,口带绕体围400°.大核马蹄形,核臂粗细不一,大核外径420μm.小核卵圆形,位于大核左臂前方.
    Abstract: Two new species of trichodinids from skin, gills and mouth of freshwater fishes, Ctenogobius giurnus Retter, are described in this paper. One of them is Trichodina donghuensis sp. nov., body 49.2-60μm in disameter, adhesive disc 44.6(37.2-51.6)μm in diameter, denticulate ring 22.1(19.2-26.4)μm in diameter and its number of denticles from 22 to 28, 23-24 in most cases, with 8 radial pins each denticle and adoral zone about 410°, macronucleus horseshoe shaped, 20.4μm in out diameter and 4.8-5.4μm in length and 1.4μm in width. The another is Trichodina ctenogobii sp. nov., body 62.4-81.8μm in diameter, adhesive disc 63.9(56.4-72.0)μm in diameter, denticulate ring 33.3(31.8-38.4)μm in diameter and its number of denticles from 23 to 27 and with radial pins from 10 to 14, but 11 in most cases, adoral zone about 400°, macronucleus horseshoe shaped with different size of macronuclear arm and 42.0μm in out diameter, micronucleus oviform and situated at front side of left arm of macronucleus.
