The CHANGES OF LEVELS OF 6-KETO-PG F1α IN SERUM DURING SPAWNING INDUCED WITH HCG IN MONOPTERUS ALBUS

  • 摘要: 在已研究过的鱼类中,用放射免疫分析法(RIA)所检测的PGS仅限于前列腺素E(PGE)和前列腺素F(PGF),而其他前列腺素类化合物例如前列环素(PGI2)等与鱼类排卵的关系,则未见报道。本文探讨PGI2在排卵中的作用,为鱼类排卵机制的研究积累资料。
