高寒鲤RAPD遗传标记的研究

RAPD MARKER FOR COLD-TOLERANT COMMON CARP

  • 摘要: 高寒鲤 (Cold tolerantcommoncarp)是采用单交、三杂交、回交和雌核发育技术相结合,将黑龙江鲤、荷包红鲤、镜鲤的一些优良品质综合到杂交后代,并用雌核发育技术固定优良性状,再与回交系组成合成系,系统选育到F7,该品种适应性强、生长快、个体大,现已成为我国北方池塘养殖的主要品种之一,对于这样的优良品种需要制定一个准确的种质标准而使之推广。
