稚鳖蛋氨酸的营养需要量

METHIONINE REQUIREMENT OF JUVENILE CHINESE SOFT SHELL TURTLE

  • 摘要: 将90只中华稚鳖随机平均分为六组,分别饲喂含蛋氨酸0.82%、1.12%、1.32%、1.2%、1.72%、2.02%的等能等氮半合成饵料(胱氨酸为0.6%).结果表明:蛋氨酸水平对特殊体重生长率(SGR)、摄饵量(FI)、饵料系数(FCR)、肝重(LW)、肝重/体重(LW/BW)、体脂肪含量(BFC)、体蛋氨酸含量(BMC)、体蛋白沉积率(PRR)、蛋氨酸沉积率(MRR)有极显著或显著影响(P0.05).在饵料胱氨酸为0.6%时,稚鳖蛋氨酸需要量为1.28%(风干日粮基础)或3.07%(蛋白基础).
    Abstract: Ninety juvenile Chinese soft shell turtles(T. Sinensis)(initially weight 17.64±0.25g) were divided into six groups, fed semipurified diets containing methionine 0.82%, 1.12%, 1.32%, 1.52%, 1.72%, 2.02%(containing cystine 0.56%) for 45 days respectively for determining the methionine requirement of Chinese soft shell turtles(T. Sinensis). There were white fish meal, liver meal, soy protein meal, glutin, fish oil, corn oil, sucrose, α-starch, amino acids premixture, vitamins premixture and mineral premixture in the experimental diet. The weight, liver weight, body fat content, body methionine content have been determined at the trial end. Results from the experiment indicated there were great significant differences in special rate(SGR), feed conversion rate(FCR), liver weight/body weight(LW/BW) and methionine retention rate(MRR)(P0.05). The methionine requirement of the juvenile soft shell turtle is 1.28%(dietary base) or 3.07%(protein base) with diet containing cystine 0.56%.
