  • 摘要: 海湾扇贝(Argopecten irradians)自20世纪80年代初引进我国后,由于具有生长快、养殖周期短等优势,很快成为我国北方地区重要的人工养殖的经济品种之一,并在当地的水产业收入中占有举足轻重的地位。但短时间内无限制的过速发展,集约化养殖密度的迅速加大,养殖病害问题最终成为限制该产业发展的巨大障碍。因此,研究和解决海湾扇贝养殖的病害问题已为国内外诸多学者所关注[1-5]。有关应用组织病理学和组织化学研究手段探索水生生物病害的发病机理国内外已有大量报道[6-14]。但通过超微病理和组织化学方法对养殖海湾扇贝弧菌病的不同组织器官进行系统研究方面的文献较欠缺。
