四膜虫种间骨架蛋白组分的比较研究

STUDIES ON CORTICAL CYTOSKELETAL PROTEINS OF DIFFERENT SPECIES OF TETRAHYMENA

  • 摘要: 以上海四膜虫S1和嗜热四膜虫BF株和BT株为材料,结合显微观察,采用生化抽提、SDS-PAGE电泳、扫描及数据统计,分析与测定了三个不同株四膜虫对数生长期皮层骨架蛋白组分与含量,结果显示嗜热四膜虫的BF与BT株差异较小,两者与上海四膜虫S1株差异则较大,S1株细胞中有92KD、72KD、66KD、32KD、27KD,而BF和BT株细胞中没有,估计这些蛋白的不同与种间亲缘关系及株系、培养条件等有着密不可分的联系.
    Abstract: Cortical cytoskeletal proteins had been prepared by biochemical extraction with Tritonx-100, SDS-PAGE and scan, in order to study their difference of Tetrahymena thermophila BT, Tetrahymena thermophila BF and Tetrahymena shanghaiensis S1. The data statistics had been analyzed by a computer. The results showed that the difference between T. thermophila BT and T. thermophila BF was little. The T. shanghaiensis S1 had more protein patterns than those of two strains of T. thermophila. These proteins were 92KD, 72KD, 66KD, 32KD and 27KD. So the difference between Shanghaiensis S1 thermophila and the two strains of T. thermophila was greater. We think that it was because of the difference of cultive medium and conditions that affected the components and contents of proteins.
