硫酸铜强化固氮蓝藻生长的研究

STUDY ON THE ENHANCEMENT OF GROWTH OF THE NITROGEN-FIXING BLUE-GREEN ALGAE BY ADDITION OF CUPRIC SULPHATE

  • 摘要: 培养基中添加0.005-0.03ppm 铜能强化固氮蓝藻生长。混合藻种(鱼腥藻属混合藻种)、固氮鱼腥藻 Anabaena azotica(水生686)和多变鱼腥藻 Anabaena variabslis(水生1058)最佳铜浓度分别为0.01ppm 和0.03ppm。池底铺土进行培养固氮蓝藻,铜浓度的范围略宽。
    Abstract: Additions of 0.005-0.03ppm cupric ion enhanced the growth of the nitrogen-fixing blue-green algae in the culture medium.The optimum Cu++concentration for growth is 0.01 ppm for mixed culture of Anabaena species and monoculture of Anabaena azotica;for mono- culture of Anabaena variabslis,the optimum cuncentration is 0.03ppm.The optimum range of Cu++ concentration is widen for algae in tanks with soil substrates than for algae in tanks without substrates.
