复合四倍体异育银鲫的血红蛋白和红细胞的同工酶分析

AN ANALYSIS OF HAEMOGLOBIN AND ISOZYMES IN THE ERYTHROCYTE OF MULTIPLE TETRAPLOID ALLOGYNOGENETIC CRUCIAN CARP

  • 摘要: 用聚丙烯酰胺梯度凝胶电泳,分析了银鲫、复会四倍体异育银鲫和红鲤的血红蛋白及红细胞中的4种不同的同工酶(MDH、LDH、EST、SOD).结果表明复合四倍体异育银鲫的一些座位(血红蛋白和EST、SOD),除了银鲫的基因表达外还观察到红鲤基因的表达,出现了银鲫原来所没有的区带或原有的区带受到抑制等现象,显示出复合四倍体异育银鲫具有类似于杂种的遗传性伏,另一方面从4种不同的同工酶表型分析,表明复合四倍体异育银鲫的同工酶基因表达较接近银鲫.

     

    Abstract: The haemoglobin and four different isozymes were analysed in erythrocytes ofsilver crucian carp, Carassius auratus gibclio and red common carp,Cyprinus carpio red variety,and their hybrid,the multiple tetraploid allogynogenetic cruciancarp,C. auratus,using polyacrylalmide gradient gel electrophoresis technique.Someloci(Hb、EST、SOD)in multiple tetraploid allogynogenetic crucian carp expressednot only the maternal but also the paternal genes.Some bands appeared which isnot original in silver crucian carp,and some original bands in silver crucian carpwere repressed.It is thus indicated that the multiple tetraploid allogynogeneticcrucian carp exhibited features of a hybrid,and that isozyme gene expressions ofthe allogynogenetic crucian carp should be much closer to the silver crucian carpfrom the analyses of phenotypes of four different isozymes.
