CLONING AND CHARACTERIZATION OF THREE MYOSIN LIGHT CHAIN cDNA FROM SILVER CRUCIAN CARP

  • 摘要: 银鲫(Carassiusauratusgibelio),因具有雌核发育的生殖能力而其天然群体中又存在一定比例(约5%—20%)的雄性个体[1], 被认为是进行进化遗传和个体发育调控研究的独特模型动物[2]。
