PURIFICATION OF THE OUTER MEMBRANE AND IDENTIFICATION OF OUTER MEMBRANE PROTEINS FROM ANABAENA SP. PCC7120

  • 摘要: 鱼腥藻(Anabaena sp1 ) PCC7120是一种丝状固氮蓝藻,在缺氮诱导条件下,沿着丝体约每隔10个营养细胞分化出一个固氮细胞即异形胞,在细胞分化中伴随着复杂的基因表达和调控,成为一维原核生物体细胞分化及图式形成研究的模式[ 1 ]。鱼腥藻和其他蓝藻的外膜是吸收营养物质的第一道屏障,在鱼腥藻中还可能直接影响异形胞包被的形成,对鱼腥藻等蓝藻的外膜蛋白的研究对于揭示高等植物叶绿体进化过程也十分有意义。
