铜、汞、镉、六六六和对硫磷对食蚊鱼生长的影响

EFFECTS OF COPPER, MERCURY, CADMIUM, BHC AND PARATHION ON GROWTH OF MOSQUITO FISH (GAMBUSIA AFFINIS)

  • 摘要: 对2日龄的食蚊鱼仔鱼的急性毒性,96小时LC50是:铜,0.28毫克/升;汞,0.58亳克/升;镉,10.2毫克/升;六六六(丙体),0.53毫克/升;对硫磷,0.3毫克/升。依据20天的生长数据求得的铜、镉和对硫磷的最大允许毒物浓度分别是0.015—0.030、0.005—0.010和0.0015—0.0030毫克/升,相应的应用系数分别为0.05—0.1、0.0005—0.0009和0.005—0.01。

     

    Abstract: The fry of mosquitofish (Gambusia affinis) were exposed to low concentrations of copper, mercury, cadmium, BHC and parathion in soft water. Tests were started with 2-day-old fry and lasted for 40 days. Total length and weight of mosquitofish were determined after 20 days and at the end of the tests. Under the test conditions described, the maximum allowable toxicant concentrations (MATC's) bare been obtained according to the effect on the growth of mosquitofish. MATC's estimated for copper, cadmium, and parathion were: 0.015—0.030, 0.005—0.010 and 0.0015—0.0030 mg/1 respectively. Their application factors were: 0.05—0.1, 0.0005—0.0009, and 0.01—0.05 respectively.
