THE ULTRASTRUCTURE RESEARCH OF THE HATCHING GLAND CELL OF GRASS CARP (CTENOPHARYNGODON IDELLUS) AND THE FORMING AND SECRETING OF HATCHING ENZYME

  • 摘要: 草鱼胚胎孵化腺为单细胞腺体,发生于外胚层,主要分布在胚胎头部及头部与卵黄囊连接处,尤以眼睛腹下方最多且典型。其形成、释放酶的过程具有一定的规律性,可划分为5个时期:形成前期、迁移期、分泌期、衰退期和消失期。畸形胚胎头部表皮细胞中很少有HGC的分化或HGC分化不完全,其形态结构也呈现畸形。
    Abstract: The hatching gland of the grass carp was unicellular and originated from theectoderm. The hatching gland cell (HGCs) were maiuly located in the head end in thejoint region between head and yolk sac, especially in the ventral below the eyes.The period of forming and secreting of the enzyme showed a pattern of some regularities,and could be divided into five stages: pr-formation stage, movable stage, secretory stage, degenarative stage and disappearing stage. The deformed embryo had little differentiation of HGC or with incomplete differentiation.
