摘要: 湖光微生物饲料添加剂系采用我所从武汉东湖水体分离培养和筛选的光合细菌菌株制备的.我们对其中包含的光合细菌菌株分类鉴定结果表明,它们分别隶属于红假单胞菌属(Rkodopseudomonas)和红螺菌属(Rhodospirllum),主要为沼泽红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudomonas palustris van Niel)和深红红螺菌(Rhodospirillum rubrum Molisch).并就有关分类问题作了讨论.

Abstract: Nine out of many photosynthetic bacterial strains isolated from Donghu Lakewere studied in detail in relation to their morphology. biochemstry and physiology.They belong to Rhodopseudomonas and Rhodospirillum, including Rhodopseudomonas palustris and Rhodospirillum rubrum.
