水毛茛生理生态学研究
THE PHYSIOECOLOGY OF RANUNCULUS BUNGEI STEUD

摘要: 本文根据6年定位研究的结果,讨论了东北山溪激流中的沉水植物─-水毛茛的生理生态学特征.文中分析了温度对水毛茛生长的影响;采用人工模拟试验以比较寒害和冻害对水毛茛不同器官的影响;用电导仪测定不同温度条件下水毛茛产生的组织学变化;用电镜观察水毛茛细胞受冻后的亚显微构造情况.受森林小气候的影响,林区阴雨天较多,故溪流中的光照条件较差,水毛茛生长缓慢.冰和雪对水毛茛具有保护与诱发寒冻害的双重作用.东北地区的山涧溪流多为贫营养型水体,故氮成为水毛茛生长的限制因子.文中试用微域气候区和再生生态位来解释水毛茛生长和分布中的特殊现象.Abstract: The physioecology of Ranunculus bungei Steud.Was investigated from 1986 to 1991 in arapid-flowing stream in the Maoershan Mountain of North Temperate. Laboratory experiments were meanwhile designed to examine and to verify the results obtained from the fieldstudy. Changes of the conductivity in tissues of the plant were recorded at different temperature using an electrical conductivity gauge, and the ultrastructure of the plant eells observedun der electrical micro scope.It is considered that light was the factor detennining thephotosynthesis of the plant due to the microclimate in the forest studied, and nitrogen was thelimiting factor for the growth of the plant as the rivulet was oligotrophic. However,iee andsnow had roles in either protecting of stimulating the freezlng of the plant.Microclimate areawas put forward to explain the surviving of the plant over the winter and the peculiar distribution of some other aquatic plants.Regenerated niche was also raised to compare with realized niche from static to dynamic state so as to explain some particular phenomena in thegrowth and distribution of the plant.
