复合酶制剂EA-2对鲤生长的影响

THE EFFECT OF MULTI-ENZYME PREMIX EA-2 ON THE GROWTH OF CARP(CYPRINUS CARPIO)

  • 摘要: 利用复合酶制剂EA-2在池溏中饲养鲤50d,实验组鲤尾增重率高于对照组12.3-27.5%,而饲料系数低于对照组18.76-10.89%.实验组鲤肝胰脏淀粉酶活力显着增加,而肝、胰脏蛋白酶活力显着降低,实验组鲤肠内蛋白酶活力和淀粉酶活力均显着增加.酶制剂对鲤肥满度、肝胰比、内脏比、肝胰脏和背部肌肉的生化成份均无显着影响.

     

    Abstract: Carps(Cyprinus carpio)were reared for 50 days with pelleted diets conta-ining multienzyme premix EA-2 in ponds. The increased weight ratio was 12.3 27.5% higher than control,and the feed coefficient 18.76 10.89% lower.thequality parameters including biochemical compositions of hepatopancreas and ofwhite muscle exhibited no significant differences between experimental carps and control ones.Furthermore,the EA-2 increased activities of both protease and diastase inintestines of carps.However,in hepatopancreas EA-2 increased the activitv ofdiastase and decreased the activity of protease. These results indicated that EA-2 premix increased the growth of the carp,and improved its digestibility and feedutilization ratio. It is suggested that the effect of EA-2 may result from increasedenzyme activities in the intestines and increased enzyme production in the hepatopa-ncreas.
