外源性甲基睾丸酮对雌性和间性黄鳝性腺发育的影响

THE INFLUENCE OF EXOGENOUS METHYLTESTOSTERONE ON THE GONAD DEVELOPMENTAL PROCESS OF FEMALE AND INTERSEXUAL MONOPTERUS ALBUS

  • 摘要: 本文研究了大剂量外源雄性激素(甲基睾丸酮,MT)对活检后的雌性和雌雄间性黄鳝发育的影响。我们应用色拉油溶解外源雄性激素对雌性和雌雄间性黄鳝进行腹腔注射,采用石蜡组织切片法,对MT对活检后的雌性和雌雄间性黄鳝性腺发育的影响进行组织学研究。试验未得到具有生殖能力的性逆转雄鱼,但发现了一些十分有趣的结构,将为进一步揭开黄鳝性逆转之谜奠定一定的基础。结果如下:①MT可促进雌鳝卵母细胞退化,但不能使卵巢完全解体;②MT可促进雌性和间性黄鳝性腺生殖板扩大、伸展,但不能使间质细胞增生;③MT可促进雌性和间性黄鳝性腺生殖板上出现"中空小叶",这种结构可以分成两种类型,即Ⅰ型"中空小叶"("HLⅠ-")和Ⅱ型"中空小叶"("HLⅡ-"),Ⅱ型"中空小叶"可能是非正常发育下产生的生精小叶;④MT对雌雄间体早期的黄鳝的雄性生殖细胞的发育有促进作用,对雌雄间性晚期的黄鳝可促进其生精小叶内的雄性生殖细胞外排,而形成另一类型的"中空小叶"。⑤MT对雌雄间体黄鳝的作用强于对雌性黄鳝的作用。

     

    Abstract: This paper studied the influence of the exogenous androgen on the gonad developmental process of female and intersexual Monopterus albus after being treated with large dosage of methyltestone(MT),by the method of gonad biopsy.We dissolved the exogenous androgen with salad oil,and then injected them into the abdominal cavity of female and intersexual Monopterus albus.The influence of the exogenous androgen on the gonad developmental process of the female and intersexual Monopterus albus was studied by light-microscope.The conclusion might lay the foundation for further revealing mystery of the sex-reversal,and we found some interesting structures in histology,although we could not get the sex-reversal male of Monopterus albus by inducing artificially.The results were as follows:① MT could promote the degradation of the oocyte of the female Monopterus albus,but it could not make the ovarian tissue of the female Monopterus albus degenerated completely.② MT could promote the enlargement and extension of the epigynum of the female and intersexual Monopterus albus,but it could not make the interstitial cells of the female and intersexual Monopterus albus proliferated.③ MT could promote the appearance of the "hollow lobules" on the epigynum of the female and intersexual Monopterus albus.These "hollow lobules" could be divided into two types,the Hollow lobule type Ⅰ("HL-Ⅰ") and the Hollow lobule type Ⅱ("HL-Ⅱ").And the Hollow lobule type Ⅱ may be the seminiferous lobules,which were produced under the abnormal development.④ MT could promote the development of male reproductive cells in the early period of the intersexual Monopterus albus.And it could even promote the excreting of male reproductive cells in seminiferous lobules in the late period of the intersexual Monopterus albus,with the emergence of the other type of the "Hollow lobule".⑤ The influence of MT on the gonad developmental process of the intersexual Monopterus albus was better than that of the female Monopterus albus.
