凤眼莲叶片超氧物歧化酶的初步研究

PKELIMINARY STUDY ON THE SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE IN THE LEAVES OF EICHHORNIA CRASSIPES

  • 摘要: 本文研究凤眼莲叶片SOD活性与低温、pH和衰老等环境和生理因素的关系.试验结果表明,凤眼莲叶片主要含Cu-Zn-SOD.KCN明显抑制SOD活性.环境pH小范围改变(自中性至弱酸弱碱)对SOD的影响不大,只有当pH有较大变化时,酶活性才明显下降,SOD同工酶酶带数目减少.持续低温导致SOD活性减弱,减弱的程度与低温持续的时间呈正相关性.随着凤眼莲叶片的衰老,SOD活性逐渐下降.老叶的SOD活性显着低于幼叶,其同工酶带的数目也少于后者.本文还报道了叶片呼吸强度和葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶活性的变化.

     

    Abstract: The characteristics of E. crassipes leaf SOD in reiation to low temperatue,pHand physiological age were investigated.SOD activity was nearly unaffected whenenvironmental pH changed within a narrow range,but declined markedly when pHchanged remarkablely.After the leaves of E. crassipes were exposed to a low temperature of 2℃ for 4,8,12,16 and 24 hours,the SOD activity decreaed obviously.But the number of SOD isoenzyme bands remained unchanged though the activitiesof the bands changed.As the senescence of the leaves continues,SOD activity decr-eases gradually.Both the SOD activity and the number of SOD isoenzyme bands aremuch higher in the young leaves than those in the senesced leaves.
