载铜蒙脱石对尼罗罗非鱼肠道菌群和消化机能的影响

EFFECTS OF COPPER-BEARING MONTMORILLONITE ON INTESTINAL MICROFLORA AND DIGESTIVE FUNCTION OF NILE TILAPIA(OREOCHROMIS NILOTICUS)

  • 摘要: 本试验研究了饲粮中添加0.10%、0.15%、0.20%载铜蒙脱石对尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)肠道菌群和消化机能的影响。结果显示,载铜蒙脱石显著降低了肠道细菌数量,明显改变了肠道菌群的组成,使气单胞菌属、假单胞菌属、黄杆菌属、不动杆菌属、产碱菌属、肠杆菌科、弧菌属的百分比减少。与对照组相比,饲料中添加0.10%、0.15%和0.20%载铜蒙脱石分别使干物质消化率显著提高了6.43%、8.47%和8.83%(pppppp<0.05)。载铜蒙脱石显著提高了前肠、中肠、后肠绒毛和微绒毛高度。结果提示,载铜蒙脱石在鱼体内具有较强的抗菌活性,能有效抑制肠道病原菌的增殖,保护肠粘膜免受病原菌的侵袭,使肠粘膜始终处于健康状态,以益于消化酶的分泌和饲料养分的消化。

     

    Abstract: A total of 360 Nile tilapia at an average initial body weight of 3.9g were randomly allocated to 4 treatments,each of which had three replicates of 30 fish/tank and used to investigate the effects of copper-bearing montmorillonite(Cu-MMT) on intestinal microflora and digestive function.The fish received the same basal diet and Cu-MMT was added to the basal diet at 0,0.10%,0.15% and 0.20%,respectively.As compared with the control,supplementation with Cu-MMT significantly reduced the total intestinal aerobic bacterial counts,affected the composition of intestinal microflora with a tendency of Aeromonas,Pseudomonas,Flavobacterium,Acinetobacter,Alcaligence,Enterobacteriaceae and Vibrio decreasing.Addition of 0.10%,0.15% and 0.20% Cu-MMT significantly improved the apparent digestibility coefficients of dry matter,crude protein and crude lipid and by 6.43%,8.47% and 8.83%,5.63%,6.24% and 6.91%,4.62%、5.65% and 5.98%,respectively(pppp<0.05).Cu-MMT also increased villus and microvillus heights at different sites of the intestine.The results suggest that Cu-MMT can inhibit effectively the growth and proliferation of pathogenic bacteria in the intestinal tract,which can protect intestinal mucosa from invasion of pathogenic bacterium and toxins,resulting in a positive effect on the health and function of intestinal mucosa,and then promote the digestion and absorption of dietary nutrition.
