白鲢等鱼种对螺旋鱼腥藻消化吸收的示踪实验报告

TRACER EXPERIMENTS ON THE DIGESTION AND ABSORPTION OF ANABAENA SPIROIDES BY FINGERLING SILVER CARP AND OTHER SPECIES

  • 摘要: 为了研究螺旋鱼腥藻塘里鱼种快速生长的作用机制,首先应该弄清鱼种究竟能否消化吸收螺旋鱼腥藻。本报告应用放射性同位素示踪法,对此问题做了初步的探讨,认为白鲢等鱼种是可以消化吸收螺旋鱼腥藻的。

     

    Abstract: For the purpose of elucidating the rapid growth of the Silver Carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) in nursery ponds blooming with the blue-green alga,Ana-baena spiroides,a series of tracer experiments using P32 as a tagger has been car-ried out.Geiger Counter data from these experiments indicate that silver Carpdigests and absorbs this alga most,the Bighead (Aristichthys nobilis) ranks next andthe Grass Carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus) the least.Certain absorption of P32 fromalgae-free media via parenteral route occurs in all 3 species,but the amount of this typeof absorption is much less than that obtained through ingestion.
