裸藻中α-生育酚的提取和测定

EXTRACTION AND DETERMINATION OF α-TOCOPHEROL IN FRESHWATER ALGA,EUGLENA SANGINEA

  • 摘要: 维生素E族中活力最高的是α-生育酚。关于维生素E的医疗效用,目前的看法认为它不仅是抗不孕药物,而且是治疗其它疾病如肝炎、高血压等的辅助药物。我们为了探索淡水藻类在医药上的应用,选择了鱼池中大量繁殖的血红裸藻作为材料,提取α-生育酚。本文介绍了血红裸藻中α-生育酚的提取和测定方法。实验结果表明血红裸藻中有较丰富的α-生育酚(0.6—1.0毫克/克),可供维生素生产的参考。

     

    Abstract: Among the vitamin-E group,α-tocopherol is the most active member.As to itscurative effects the modern concept is that it is not only a medicine for fertility,butalso an accessory drug in the cure of hepatitis,hypertension,etc.In the presentpaper,a method of extraction and determination of α-tocopherol in freshwater alga Euglena sanginea is described.It is interesting that there is a considerable amount(0.6—1.0 mg/g) of α-tocopherol in this alga.
