  • The fatty acid composition of whole body, muscle, liver, viscus fat and gonad in G. rarus were being studied. Saturated, Monounsaturated, In whole body polyunsaturated fatty acids represented 23.63%-28.97%,40.73%-54.32%,9.96%-23.17% of the total fatty acids in whole fish body oil respectively. EPA and DHA represented 0.41%-1.74% and 0.11%-5.37%,ω-3FA/ω-6FA were 0.33-0.99.
