  • Using the method of density gradient centrifugation and DNase I, RNase digestion, We have isolated and purified the mtDNA from Siniperca chuatsi and.Siniperca kneri.The mtDNA from the fishes have been digested with the following 10 kinds of restriction endonucleases, EcoRⅠ, Hind Ⅲ, Bgl Ⅱ, BamHⅠ, Bgl Ⅰ,Sal Ⅰ, Pst Ⅰ, Pvu Ⅱ, Xba Ⅰ and Xho Ⅰ.The molecular weights of Siniperca chuatsi and Siniperca kneri are 9.703×106u, 16.19kb and 9.603×106u, 16.02kb,respectively.We have constructed the restriction maps of 10 kinds of endonucleases of the mtDNA from Siniperca chuatsi and Siniperca kneri.
