A MAP OF 9 RESTRICTION ENDONUCLEASES OF mtDNA OF PARAMISGURNUS DABRYANUS SAUVAGE

  • The mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) of P. dabryanus Gunther was digested by 11 restriction endonucleases, viz. BamH Ⅰ, Bgl Ⅰ, Bgl Ⅱ, EcoR Ⅰ, Hpa Ⅰ, Kpn Ⅰ, Pst Ⅰ, Sac Ⅰ, Sal Ⅰ, Xba Ⅰ, Xho Ⅰ into different fragments: 2, 7, 0, 3, 3, 0, 3, 1, 1, 2, 1 respectively. As estimated by using agarose gel electrphoresis, the size of mtDNA for P. dabryanus is 16720 350bp. Comparing the double restriction fragments with standard molecular weight of Mark (EcoR Ⅰ and Hind Ⅲ digested λDNA), we constructed the physical map of the enxymes.
