  • The present paper gives the descriptions of two new species of Polycelis. Typespecimens were deposited in the Institute of Natural Resources, Heilongjiang Province,Harbin. Polycelis sinensis sp.nov.The largest specimen 20mm in length and 2.5mm in width. The color of bodydark. The eye-band 八-shaped with 150-170 eye-spots in total.Anterior trunk ofthe intestine 6 to 9 lateral branches, while each posterior trunk with 12-16 branches. The testes 80-100, ventral of between ovary to pharynx.Penis a larger tapering sphere, the bulbar cavity small, ejaculatory duct siender, penis papilla tape-ring shape. The ejaculatory duct opens on tip of papilla. The copulatory bursa inelongated oval form. The end of bursa stalk surrounded with a cirLular muscle. The new species collected from Dagz county(29.6°N, 91.3°E),Damxung county(30.0°N, 90.5°E), Lhnzhub county(29.9°N, 91,1°E),and Maizhokunggar county(29.8°N, 91.7°E)of Xizang Autonomous Region, China. The new species is distinguished from all other 30 known species of the genusin its shape of penis and copulatory bursa, and bursa stalk be surrounded with acircular muscle.Polycelis lhunzhubica sp.nov.The largest specimen 20mm in length and 2.5mm in width. The body-colordark.The eye-and 八-shaped with 90-110 eye-spots. The anterior trunk of theintestine with 7 to 9 lateral branches, each posterior trunk with 17-21 branches. The testis 20-28,large and globular. The penis oval sphere, bulbar cavity small, penis papilla small, ejaculatory duct wide and short.copulatory bursa being a ovalbag, dorsally larger than ventrally. The new species coIlected from Poindo(30.1°N, 91.3°E)of Lhnzhub county,Xizang Autonomous Region, China. The new species is distinguished form all other 30 known species of the genusin its shape of penis and copulatory bursa, and end of bursa stalk possesses of thecircular muscle.
