Abstract
Xingguo red carp, Cyprinus carpio var. singuonensis, was immunized by Formalin killed vaccine of Cytophaga calumnaris. The variation of the immune cells and total value including immature and mature cells of lymphocytes, the granulacytes and the monocytes which locate in the peripheral blood, thymus, spleen, anterior kidney and posterior kidney were measured both after 2 weeks and 4 weeks immunized. The results show: In the peripheral blood, the value of lymphocytes increases but the granulacytes and the monocytes decrease. The value of lymphocytes also increase in the thymus and the spleen. On the other hand, the value of the granulacytes and the monocytes drop down. In anterior kidney the lymphocytes increase however the monocytes decrease drastically. In the posterior kidney the value of lymphocytes and granulacytes go up remarkably, on the contrary of the monocytes.
