Ultrastructural observation on the Hexamita nobillis Li is reported in this paper.Two nuclei arranged closely together,parallel or obliquie at the anterior endof organism,The lateral side of two recurrent flagella may have rough endoplasmicreticulum and a couple of small cytoplasmic processes on each margin of the body. The mitochondrion and golgi apparatus are distinct in the cytoplasm.
