CHANGES IN THE BIOCHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF THE OVARIES OF POND-REARED HYPOPHTHALMICHTHYS MOLITRIX DURING THE REPRODUCTIVE CYCLE

  • The general feature of the changes in chemical composition during the reproductive cycle of the ovaries of pond-reared H. molitrix was similar to those already studied of the marine fishes, such as salmon, cod, herring and mackerel.
